The bailee`s report to the Bailor is described in a contractual agreement called lease. A lease agreement is an agreement by which a person agrees to take possession of another person`s property for conservation or other purposes, but does not assume ownership of it, with the understanding that it will be returned at a later date. For example, if you bring your watch to a workshop and leave it there for a few days, the shop takes possession of your watch to repair it, but does not receive any ownership. The short-term transaction between bailee and bailor is subject to a contract, often as simple as the back of a label or dry cleaning entry or the chit of a wardrobe controller. A bailor gets the only benefit of a lease when a bailee acts for free (for example.B. the owner leaves the precious property such as a car or a jewel in the care of a trusted friend, while the owner travels abroad without a friend`s compensation agreement). An involuntary bailee should not unduly throw away the or take positive steps to damage or destroy them. A common situation that leads to a voluntary derailment is when a person leaves goods with someone for service (z.B. dry cleaning, animal care, auto-tuning-up). The lease must keep the goods safe so that the bailor can recover them within a reasonable time. Lease may also be established in the following types of transactions in which the ownership of the bailèdes is delivered: There may come a time when the derailment period has expired and Bailor has not recovered the objects in question and has not attempted to do so.
The bailee should then do everything in its power to ensure that the property is returned. Once all efforts are exhausted, the bailee may consider the property abandoned. An example of an involuntary derailment is when you find a lost wallet or car key and you have to protect it until they are properly reinstated – a derailment is implied. Another example is when you get a certificate of stock, but it turns out that it is the fake certificate (intended for someone else), it is an involuntary bailee, it did not do a deliberate act to become a bailee.
